RMIT Games Day

RMIT Esports League ($20,000+ Prizepool)

The RMIT Esports League will be held at RMIT University Melbourne CBD campus, with a range of exciting tournaments each month, and a HUGE $20,000+ prizepool.

In our 4 league games, players will earn points each month and the top points earners will be invited to our end of year invitational! Don't worry if your games not included yet, as we will be offering cash+sponsor prizes every month for all the tournaments being played at RMIT Games Days.

Games included in the points system this season:

• Tekken 8
• Street Fighter 6
• Guilty Gear Strive
• Super Smash Bros Ultimate
• (More games will be added next season, including PC games once the new RMIT Games space is complete)

HOW IT WORKS:

Monthly league tournaments award points as follows:

• 1st = 10 points
• 2nd = 9 points
• 3rd = 8 points
• 4th = 7 points
• 5th/6th = 5 points
• 7th/8th = 3 points
• 9th = 2 points
• Attending = 1 point

The top 6 players who have the most points before the Dec finals will earn a direct invite + Free entry to the RMIT Championship Finals (Dec 14th), and the two remaining slots will be given to the winners of the last chance qualifier (Dec 13th). LCQ seeding will be based off points & major results
